I see a lot of posts about the center island collapsing in the solitudes.
We own a 2023 310gk. I have had no issues with the unit and it has over 10k miles on it. (We full time and travel a lot).
I finally experienced the center island collapse on my last travel day. The cabinets are held to the base by vey thin wood screws(two on each end). The screws on the nose end of the cabinet sheared in half and we entered the rig to find the end of the cabinet on the floor proper. After tearing it apart and evaluating the damage, I did the following cure:
I measured the height of the bottome of the cabinet and cut four (4) wood 2X2 pieces 4 inches long. I notched them at the top to fit the cabinet and then, using decking screws, attached them to the cabinet base on each side ot the heat vents. I then screwed the cabinet down to the blocks. I replaced the anemic screws that had sheared with decking screws as well.
