I had a 2014 Solitude 305RE for a year, went to Florida last year got back in April to Michigan and parked it in my drive. Had surgery this summer so the 305RE sat in my driveway till August when we took it to general RV for some minor repairs.
The spot it sat in was clean where the water drained off the roof.
When we took our 2014 305RE to the dealer I made the mistake of looking at the new units on the lot and we bought a 2014 368RD, a little bigger and we liked the floor plan, anyway I have it in my drive for about 3 weeks now and when it rains or heavy dew what drains off the roof is chalky and very noticeable on my blacktop drive I'm concerned only had it 3 weeks. anybody else have this?

It's normal.

All rubber roofs get chalky from the ozone.

worst case, you have a 12 year warranty on the roof membrane.

thanks for the input. I'm a little concerned because my Solitude 305RE never did this. Is there any way to stop it or at least slow it down my drive is a mess.

You can us one of many EPDM (rubber) roof conditioning products that will slow down the oxidation process. The drawback of those products is that it will make the roof slippery. According to the EPDM industry website, simply washing the roof once or twice a year with a solution of mild soap and water is fine.
