Previously, we had 2 lights out, but while at the dealer for some warranty work, the dealer changed them out. Now I have a few that need replacing and I've pulled, twisted, etc. Nothing is working. What am I doing wrong? I'm afraid if I continue I'll break something.
Can someone post an how to do this?

We have1 light out and 2 lights dimming out (electrical storm). The storm got our TV and Satellite box too .

puck light1.jpgHere are a couple of pics of the lights. Assuming they are the same type, they should pop out as an assembly and/or you can pop the glass lens off of the base. They are just held in by spring clips. Either way, you will need to remove the lens to access the bulb. I found that switching bulbs from one fixture to another will often cure the problem. These are the new type which makes getting the bulbs out more difficult due to the support plate surrounding the bulb.

Hope this helps

Thanks Andy &/or Julie! It does.
...and thanks for the pic how-to :)

Changing a light bulb should not be this much work. We got the lens off and now it looks like there are four tiny tiny tiny screws that need to be removed. Has anyone found an easier way of changing the bulbs. We have a 2015 Solitude.

Ok so we pulled our puck lights down today in the Momentum 385TH. Solid piece construction, not able to remove the lens cap, the unit is hard wired in with wire nuts and soldered at the light unit itself. Slow even pressure pulling the unit down from the ceiling. Good luck!

Good Morning All, This is the first time for me to join a forum and so I am not sure who gets this message.
So I am have trouble with my lights flickering and I truly can't handle it. Now I am working from home so it has become a huge problem. Now to add to that problem I am a single women with NO knowledge of electrical things. I have read where the lights flickered because hooked to water pump and or when using the water pump but I am in a long term situation and I do not use my water pump.
So the first one to have trouble was the bunk house and it got so bad I had to take it down and I could not figure out what to do so I just cut the wire and pulled it down. Then one in living room so I moved office to my bedroom and NOW one in here is flickering and I really need to have lights on in my work area.
I am sure this is more information than anyone needs!!! LOL -- But it has been over a year without much talking!! -- I got my 2020 GD Solitude just before the pandemic and shut down so I have not been out much and really have not had opportunity to network with others who might be able to help me.
I found this forum a few months ago but for some reason I was not getting registered right so could not ask questions.
So how do you change the lights if you order new ones?
Like I said I had to cut the wires.

And Cate & Rob I have a sheltie -- Frankie so your picture caught my eye instantly.
I will do a picture and profile soon -- new to all this.

But any help I can get about these light would be appreciated. I bought a lamp but really need to have my lights work.

Thanks All!!
