Charger/converter not getting shore power

Thought my Charger/converter (WFCO 9855AD) on my Solitude 380fl was dead but found it checked out OK. Boy was it a hassle to remove. I found the outlet it’s plugged into (on the back of the power panel that holds the circuit breakers) is not energized. Suspect the dedicated circuit breaker for the charger/converter has gone bad. It never tripped and I have cycled it off and on several times. It stays in the on position and seems to be locked in. Going to open up the panel tomorrow. Anyone have this issue before? Am I right in thinking it’s the circuit breaker and all I need to do is replace it? Have not replaced one before, is it similar to a house circuit breaker. If it’s not the circuit breaker is there a way to replace the outlet that’s looks like it’s built into the board itself? Have searched online but not finding much info on this issue. Any suggestions or words of wisdom appreciated.

I did find the problem. It was a build problem from the factory. There were two 20 amp circuit breakers installed incorrectly. One was the charger circuit. The factory forced the breaker in while it was misaligned on the power bar side. It didn’t clamp onto the power bar and it disfigured the clamp and broke the casing enough that I could not reuse it. It must have made partial contact with the power bar inside the panel since it did work for several months. It worked for a while, but eventually lost connection with power bar. There was a second circuit breaker right next to it with the same misaligned and broken issue.
Bought new breakers and they were very hard to install correctly. Anyway, problem has been solved.
