I have a 2021 17MKE and want to replace some of the tinted glass with clear glass. Any one have experience with this? What might it in-tail?

Are you asking about the glass in the cabinet doors or the windows on the RV? If in the cabinet doors you should be able to remove the doors and then the glass and get clear glass from any store that sells glass and cuts it. Not sure, but I think the glass on the cabinet doors is held in with some caulking. Although on one new Reflection I just worked on the small 8"x8" glass on the doors over the TV were held in with 2 simple window glass "nails" which would come out pretty easily.

I doubt you'll find clear glass windows. And to replace the tinted glass with clear on the windows would likely be pretty expensive. To what advantage would clear glass have over the tinted glass on the windows?

I have a 2022 22MLE. We are going to replace the door glass with a Lippert Thin Shade. The thin shade kit includes a tinted glass replacement for the frosted glass in the door. Previously made this same change to a previous trailer. Replacement is easy and works very well.
Can't speak to changing other windows, no experience with such, but it would probably require replacing the entire window frame, glass and all

The interior would be brighter

The windows on the exterior of the tt

When I contacted Lippert they said to change the glass you have to remove the glass from the frame that comes in direct contact with the glass and that would probably result in destroying the frame. They Quoted me $650 for an entire new window with clear glass. I don’t think I want it that badly.

Before paying to replace any window glass.... have you considered the heat and UV your gonna let in your trailer with clear glass? We changed out to 100% blackout thermal curtains over our 5er tinted OEM windows which reduced the temp in the trailer quite a bit so that our AC's could cycle on/off during 95+ degree days.

We also did the thin shade entry door glass replacement and that helped alot too.
