I have a 2021 grand design reflection 40 foot fifth wheel. I have been staying in it for two years and have found the best way possible to keep it warm in the cold weather and very inexpensive to do using the heating system that came with my fifth wheel gets to be too expensive buying propane constantly and I’ve also put in a temporary septic system that has been fantastic and not one problem with it if anybody’s interested feel free to email me. I’ve also come up with a fantastic way to clean your black tank where your gauge will read correctly all the time as long as you continue to clean your tank correctly every time you dump your black.
Thank you

My apologies I’m new to this. I was thinking that it would be extremely long thread, but I would be more than happy to do that. I will get it posted tomorrow.
Can I post photos?
Thank you

Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you have a number of great ideas. I suggest posting them individually under the appropriate categories rather than one long string of various suggestions. People would likely find that to be more helpful and the discussions in each thread would then be specific to one topic, reducing confusion.

I'm curious what u have done, as up in the great white north, camping below zero is just fall camping. I have been considering a diesel heater, but would need to plumb into the existing havc to stop the tanks and pipes from freezing

I'm interested in a diesel heater as a backup heating source, so following this thread.
