I recently acquired a 2022 GRAND DESIGN SOLITUDE 378MBS, which says it is prepared to be used in the four seasons, it has a heater in all three tanks, I can use the white water tank without problem using the heater, it won't give problems with the water lines.

Yes, you can fill your fresh water tank during freezing temperatures and use your onboard pump, as long as you run the furnace. I am a full-timer and it’s been below 32f for the last couple of days, and I have not had any problems . I unhook the water line and just use the fresh water tank.

There are many variables, such as how cold it gets. Don't just assume all is good without careful preparation.
