Hey All,
Searched high and low BUT.....????

Looking for the color code, or a match, for the dark brown metal skirt on the bottom of 2017 Reflection.
Want to touch up rock chips etc

I doubt there is actually a mixable paint code for those panels. Your best bet will likely be to take the trailer, or a piece of skirting, to a local paint supply house of body shop. Most will have color camera now that will take samples and be able to formulate a color match from those samples.

I sent GD an email a while back requesting the same and got no response. I had a small scratch that I wanted to touch up. From what I have gathered through the forums is that GD gets those items from another supplier so they don't have a 'paint code' to provide.

I think TerryH suggestion of a paint supply store would be your best bet.

That's a stretch.. pulling into Sherwin Williams and asking a clerk to match paint on a skirt parked outside ??
The color spectrometers I've seen are all stationary... so not sure that's a viable option ?
These dark brown skirts are fairly typical across Reflection models.
Was hoping someone had found a close match for my mode/l year /location.

I'm sure someone has done this.

I'm in the body shop business so deal with this multiple times per day every day in our work flow. Color cameras are portable now and have been for some time. Our 5 axis BYK Gardner 7178 (Provided by Sherwin Williams BTW) is pictured below with a dollar bill as reference. Our refinish department uses it on every car that we repair.

Edit to say: It needs to be an automotive paint supplier or body shop to have this equipment on hand.

See !!! I knew someone would come up with an answer BUT..ever try pulling your whole rig into an auto body shop's lot ???
I'm still waiting for that poster who'll come up with a short easier answer LOL

I also have a 2017 Reflection, and had a scratch or two to the bottom metal skirt. I always thought it was black and not brown, but could be wrong I guess. I called GD a couple years ago and they sent me a small bottle of paint with a brush inside to apply. Looked better but not great of course. Fortunately the touch up spots were very small.
