I'm fairly new here. I hope I'm posting correctly. I bought a 2020 GD 351M about 2 months ago. I downloaded the app (compass connect) and the app has worked perfect until last weekend. The RV generator was running and we were sitting around outside the RV visiting. Suddenly the generator shut off, we were out of gas. When I went to pump gas from the reserve tank, the pump wouldn't come on. Apparently the RV battery was dead, nothing (including the ONEControl Touch Panel) would come on and the compass connect app would not connet to the RV. So I put 5 gallons in the RV using a gas can. I tried to start the generator manually but it was completely dead. Next, I jumped the RV using my truck battery. I was able to get the generator started but after disconnecting the jumper cables the RV went dead again. I jumped the RV again but the generator would only run if I left my truck connected to the RV battery. So I went to town and bought a new battery, installed it and everything was back to working. Here is my problem. The next morning the compass connect app could not connect to the RV. The message on my phone says "Your app is not connected to your RV. Check phone settings to verify Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and/or cellular radios are on" "If you have not previously paired with an RV, tap "+" on previous screen to begin pairing process". I have check my phone settings and everything is on and I was previously paired with my RV. Also, after pulling the RV home, the outside box that controls hydraulic jacks would not come on and I could not operate the jacks with my phone. I had to manually start the generator to be able to operate the jacks, slide outs and turn lights on. Normally the battery would allow me to do all this things. Has anybody dealt with something like this? I know this is a lot of information. I would really appreciate any help I can get. Thank you
