Compass Connect App RV Health Issues

When I try to select RV Health on the App I get this message:

Unable to retrieve vehicle configuration data.

You may want to connect GD directly if nobody knows the solution here. It looks like you are trying to report an issue to GD, but this forum is not directly affiliated; not sure if you knew that.

Just a guess here.....but it almost looks like it doesn't have an internet connection, which may be required in order for that to happen.

It is also on the One Control app and I just tried it on mine while hooked via my phone app and the trailer WiFi. It could not find the site, but I didn't figure that it would since my One control has no ability to connect to the internet.....just wifi for using the phone app if you are in range. So, I went to my computer and typed in the web address, which is this....... https://stoclandingpageprod.onecontrol.lci1.com/ and the page loaded just fine. You do have to have a Lippert acct and have a user ID and password. The site is mostly about being able to use the One Control Connect Anywhere, which again, I do not have. I'm guessing again, but the RV Health thing, if they have the Connect Anywhere and Internet, would allow someone to check on their "RV Health" from anywhere they were located, as long as they had an internet connection.

Yeah, not sure. I have it on my 2021 Reflection with the app, but it only works within Bluetooth range. Basically, the RV Health portion shows status of battery and that things worked the last time they were used.

I really don't bother with it too much since it doesn't show much.

I get the same result on my 346FLS with one connect on board.

RV Health is working again. Must have been some bug on the app or my phone but it is running now.

Mine too. Since it was a server 500 error this was a lippert thing!

Yep the confusing thing in the op 500 error on mine showed a link..... Imagine 2500 on it when I have a 2024 Reflection. I've never connected to Compass Connect via WiFi it has always been through Bluetooth
