We are planning to travel 4 hours to check out 2917 Grand Design tomorrow. (31') We currently have a 2097 Nash 24.5' trailer.
We like to get offload and often use forest service dirt roads. I am using sleep over weather or not we can do this type if camping with GD 5th wheel.
I would truly appreciate any feedback-preferably today, before we make long drive.
Our Nash sits higher and does great. We just wantedbto get something newer and love the layout.

Thank you!

I don't know which Reflection model your going to look at, but you did say you like to get off road "forest service dirt roads". I would not do it. The basic leaf spring suspensions on GDRVs will not take off roading unless the dirt road is like a paved road or highway. Way too much to ask from a forest service dirt road.
The GDRV Transcend, Imagine, Reflection, Solitude and Momentum RVs are not off road RVs.
Just my opinion

IF you did get a Reflection I would seriously consider changing it to independent suspension for backroad camping use. Plus know the FS roads before traveling them due to height and tail swing
