JCR GD (Jim) suggested a Sticky Thread for contact numbers for Vendors and Grand Design. If any owners have other numbers for Vendors or Grand Design, please post them here and I or Dave will add them to the list. So far this is what I have:

Hi, grumpypapa, Brian, you might want to send Greg Cody an Email [email protected] with your questions and Ontario, Canada contacts. Like you, I wanted info and Greg got back to me with everything I needed to make the decision. Got a Reflection 29RS, the best out of six TTs. Happy trails!
 
With the Winnebago purchase of GDRV in fall of 2016, as I understand, the Fenech Brothers essentially moved on and out within days/weeks even though they were officially tagged in a consulting role to stay on with GDRV for sometime. Bill has started a Pontoon Boat Company with customer service, dealer relationships, and products matching the GDRV business approach and Ron I do not know. Jerry's contact information is the same and while I am not certain about Don, I suspect Don's email did not change.

I called his number, but like many folks his voice mail just gives the number you called so you have no clue if you got the right person. Should be a law you have to have your name on your voice mail box. LOL

I've looked through several posts on contract emails for GD, but I'd really like to know if anyone has working email addresses for: GD Solitude GM, GD Solitude Product Manager, and the Owners or any other on the GD Staff that I could address my issues with. I hate sending off to addresses that are not valid. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

I can't remember the name of the Solitude GM or Product Manager. But if you know the name, the email address is the first initial last name @ granddesignrv.com.

I think the top four lines give you what you are looking for. Obviously as you already are aware, Emily is with GDRV now and Tucson Jim has shared her contact information with you. I thought you were working with Emily ?

What specific items are you dealing with and if not working with Emily, whom have you been working with at GDRV ? If Rob or Nate, I am shocked that they (or someone they asked to do so) have not contacted you and been working with you. Apparently your dealer is not ringing the bell either ?

The Anderson, Butler and LCI information is not relevent to your request.

Jim - your post along with mine got me thinking that maybe we should get a current key GDRV folks contact list with emails and phone #s posted in the proper place on the forum. I trust GDRV will be fine with it but maybe getting them to share their blessing of the folks on this list is a good thing. Maybe Emily could be the person to run with this. And yes, it will need to be reviewed and updated periodically.

Tried it.....bad link
Many of the old links are not good , GD keeps changing their website and with most changes the link goes dead or changes. If anyone finds a new updated link I'd be happy to change the links posted if they are posted or reported.

What is more frustrating is GD doesn't always update the available info as fast as they change their pages .

If you call the customer service number they will give you the contact information in most cases. While the answers may not be always yes they will try and help if they can. I have had very good response times. Its key to have your vin number handy when calling - makes things a lot easier. Include it in your correspondence too.

The email address given here for Don Clark oes not exist. Does anyone have a new one?
 
Good luck getting your CS person on the phone when they have less than positive news. Our is now hiding behind emails and the receptionist says we can't wait on hold to talk with him. Says they changed their phone system and that is no longer possible. Hmmmm! Very unhappy customer!
