Controller screen blank but works

Lippert controller for extending/retracting/auto leveling screen lights up when I push to on button but doesn’t show and letters or numbers. I was able to extend and retract the jacks but obviously their is a problem. Is there a way to reset or reboot the controller?

I would try disconnecting shore power and the batteries for a few minutes. I would not assume turning off the battery disconnect switch would cut power to the panel.

I ended up unplugging it from the back side for a couple of minutes and reconnected it and now it works. Strange but I’ll take the easy fix any day.

I'm facing the same problem tonight - what do you mean by "the back side"?

Quick update, I just disconnected the battery and reconnected it and it started working again.

It's kind of like rebooting a computer when it freezes up or you get the BSOD.
