I will measure my awning, it is pitched for sure

Glazier...did you have a chance to look at the awning a little closer?

Dave

I will measure it for you tomorrow. I got my lexan put in my door, carpeted my pass thru and front compartment. I am building my receiver hitch this week, and hopefully will get my tires put on as well.

I do have some questions about the WD prep and how to winterize it. Do you need to winterize every year if you never hook up a WD? It has antifreeze in the lines there now, will it not just stay there if the shutoff is never opened?

Glazier, I would ask those questions in the Tech section at the bottom of the forums. I think the service/manufacture people monitor that section of our forums more regularly than the General Discussion.

great Glazier! Share. I have a W/D hookup too, and no WD. What did you find out :)

From what I have been shown and told, you must Winterize the hookup with the rest of the unit. Use a standard water hose hooked to the valves for dumping outside the unit.Pump the pink stuff through both valves, out the hose . Add some pink stuff to the drain just as you would any other drain. It's actually rather simple once I got to checking in to it.

Glad to see that the hitch height worked out.
Sorry but I not following you at all on your reference to WD prep...I'll need you to explain more.
I'm curious about the awning...is it 6 or 8 ft wide, flat or pitched?

8' Wide Adjustable pitch (pull it to desired pitch by hand) really cool setup.

Thanks for the info, Glazier. I should have asked at the same time...what length are the awning arms...61" or 66 1/8" long.

I'd be quite happy with your set-up, though I'm not sure if I'd have to change the awning arms in addition to changing the fabric from 6 to 8' wide. I'll have to discuss that with Lippert.

Dave
