My wife is in need of some extensive dental work, root canals, crowns, bridge, etc. The prices quoted are prohibitive and we are considering going to Mexico for the work, Nuevo Progreso, Ciudad Juarez or Algodones. Any recommendations or reviews on the dentists in these towns. Thanks

I had 5 crowns installed at Sani Dental in Algodones. They did excellent work, I would highly recommend them. Keep in mind though that they're on Mexican time, your appointment may not happen at the set time but there's a bar next door and they'll come get you! They have their own hotel you can stay at and a shuttle to run you back and forth. They have an 800 number to book and the representative was excellent.

My brother n law just had dental implants done in Progresso and it was 1/3 the price. He had three quotes from Austin, Dallas, & San Antonio. He is happy. He stayed in a Hotel on US side and went back and forth, no problems.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like we're headed to Nuevo Progreso in the trailer, after the last dental visit we definitely can't afford the work here.
