Different Awning patterns on 350M

[GD350M]

Hi,

I have a question about the two different awning patterns on my 350M. Is this suppose to be like this, or did the vendor have a change in patterns and Grand Design put what they had left on? I think aesthetically, this doesn't look they great. Please tell me this isn't how they all look?



you can tell in this picture that the flaps are even cut different. Sorry guys, I don't have a picture of the pattern yet. When I get a chance I will take a picture and upload it. Also, you can tell one is black and the other is grey.

Thank you for sending that to me! Based on your photos, it appears the front main awning fabric requires replacement. We apologize for missing this as it seems to be an error on our part. We did have a running change with Carefree on our M-Series awning fabric - the current style has white on the underside. Changing the old style to the new is a warrantable item, and our Customer Support will be contacting you.

Thank you Janice, I am just a bit confused with the post, you stated that the current style has the white on the underside, but both my awning have a pattern (Different, but have one) so is this suppose to be on both the white underside? Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

Looking forward to hearing from them, as I do have a scheduled appointment to have something else fixed under warranty, it is scheduled for March 12th.
