Dishwasher not heating

Just finished our maiden voyage in our 369RL, all systems checked out good, but the dishwasher. After the washer has completed its full cycle the drying element is not drying the dishes, has anyone run into this issue???

I don't have a dishwasher in ours, so this is strictly a guess. Is there a button you have to activate to used "heated" drying? There is on the dishwasher in our house, and the default is air drying.

Well..........this concerned me since I just ordered a 369RL with the dishwasher. I contacted the factory and was sent the manual and it does dry as part of each cycle. It does say dishes will not dry if the inlet water temperature is not correct (120) and/or the rinse agent dispenser is empty.
