Good afternoon,

We need help with the problem with our '22 Imagine 2800 Dometic water heater. After arrival to the site I started the heater on electric, it warmed up the water as usually and it was of the expected temperature. However, later in the evening I found out that the heater stopped, and my shower was lukewarm. Electric switch was on, I tried gas, it did not work either, and DSI light came on. On the next day after a few resets the heater started working again, both on gas and/or electric.
And again, after heating the water it switched off and allowed the water to cool down to the ambient temperature. And again, turning gas on did not help, DSI fault lit up. Again, the heater could be brough back to light by resetting it ONLY IF IT COMPLETLY COOLS DOWN.
i feel like changing ECO and TSTAT sensors worth trying, but I am wondering if I am missing something.
Had anybody else experienced similar problem?

I had the same issue on my 2022 3100RD. Bought a new control board from Amazon, was an easy install. Two years and no further issues.

Verify your 12vdc supply to the HWH. If it above 12.5 volts you are good. If it has any wire connectors that plug in, remove and reconnect them.
Check for any loose connections. Remove and reinstall the 2A fuse.
Then give it another try. Still no good I would suspect MB as Shelby suggests.

You on the right track with the ECO & stat.. try replacing them first. Next I would try the circuit board, there are ways to troubleshoot it to verify if it's functioning properly. They aren't cheap.
