You can choose to believe Changing Lanes on YT or not. Posted a live chat yesterday after an alleged phone call with Don Clark - indications were 2nd owners wouldn't be ignored despite the wording on the GD website (their words). Worth a phone call anyway.

I am a second owner and am not being ignored.

No, the only ones being ignored by GD are owners of 2019 and older units. Other than replacing failed springs and having to replumb everything, the frame looks to be in OK shape so far.
