Door to washer and dryer is locked and we can’t get it open!

After our recent travel day we set up our 2021 GD Solitude 310GK, leveled it using auto level and let out the slides. We went to open the door to the washer and dryer unit and found the door locked. We have tried turning the knob, jiggling the door, etc but can’t get it open. Anyone have suggestions on what we can try to get the door open?

We have a Cool More combo unit in our 310GK. On ours, there is a yellow pull tab located on the bottom of the washer near the drain that you can pull and release the locked door. We had the same problem and eventually found the answer buried in the manual. Good luck.

I believe the OP is talking about the door to the W/D closet.

[MENTION=58060]Steven6869[/MENTION] - locked? Our 2020 310 doesn't have a lockable knob on that door. Did yours come with a lockable knob? I can't imagine why GD would do that. If so - and it's an interior lockset - it should have the little hole in the middle that you can push with a paper clip to unlock it.

My thought would be it is jammed from leveling. Try un-leveling and see if you can get in. I have this problem with my bedroom door once in awhile. Then work on the catch and lock to make it bigger to avoid in the future.
