Below is my draft for here and RVTrader. For those that has purchased used or sold used before, am I missing anything? I have 20 accompanying picture to post as well.

2021 Grand Design Imagine XLS 21BHE Travel Trailer – Original owner, excellent condition; San Antonio, TX

- Always stored in fully enclosed unit
- Bunk house w/ double-size bunks
This trailer has been a treasure over the last several years and created great memories (and unplugged time), but as our kids have grown and gotten busier, we are just not using it as frequently anymore. The floor design was great for our family of 5. We started with two children in 1 bunk and the 3rd child in the 2nd bunk and then shifted to dropping the dinette, so each kid had their own bed. The queen was very comfortable after we added a 4” foam Sealy topper (included) for the two of us. In the evening, we could draw the curtain to prevent our light from disturbing the kids or turn the headboard lights to blue to prevent disturbing each other. During the day, the bed can convert to a couch to provide the perfect sitting option while the kids sat at the dinette. There is a cubby on each side of the queen headboard for charging a phone or tablet with the factory USBs ports or outlet and storing your book once it was lights out. The furnace kept us warm during winter camping trips in the north of Texas and AC kept us cool during the blistering summers of central Texas camping trips. The showers were always welcome at the end of a day of hiking and at 6’1” – even Dad had no issues standing straight up. We often cooked breakfast using the outside kitchen (bacon wafting across the campground) and used the outside refrigerator (1.6 cu. ft.) as storage for drinks or snacks. For rainy days, the TV w/ DVD player and the microwave for popcorn created family movie nights.
Comes nearly ready to head to the campground; just add food, towels, and sleeping bags for the kids as the following is included:
- Basic kitchen setup: pots, pans, cooking utensils, measuring cups, measuring spoons, 2 large mixing bowls, colander, 8-plates/salad bowls, 4-person cutlery, cutting knife set, and cutting mats
- Queen sheets and original spread
- 20 Lynx leveling blocks

- X-Chocks – to help stabilize the camper
- Ground mat for outside the entrance
- 5 camp chairs, 2 large REI chairs and 3 standard chairs
- Original power cord
- Water house with pressure valve set to 40PSI

- Stinky slinky for emptying the black and gray tanks
Context:
- Unloaded sticker weight: 4,760lbs (we weighted it straight from new pickup and the scale weight was 4,780lbs). We towed this with a Durango V8 with Factory Tow Package, but please assess your vehicles capabilities.
- Everything working as intended (w/one exception – the LED lighting strip above the queen bed was damaged when we installed the cellular antennae (see below for the included antenna).
o Note: Nov 2020, the passenger rear hub burnt out due to suspected insufficient grease from the factory. The entire axle and hub was replaced by Dexter under warranty. No issues since.
- Goodyear endurance tires (6-7/32 tread)
- Sunshade awning like new as we rarely used it
- Non-smokers, pet free
- No leaks (ever)
