One of my other hobbies is finding abandoned roads and trails on a motorcycle. I have a '95 Kawasaki KLR 650 for the rides that require a lot of pavement travel to get there, and a '13 Yamaha TW200 that really sucks on the pavement but excels in the tight, gnarly off road stuff.

When we started our full time rv-ing we had a Yamaha XT-225 and a Yamaha XT-250. I made the mistake of letting my wife ride my newer XT-250, she stole it so I had to buy another one.

But then she kept dropping it on harder dirt trails. So I got her 1983 Honda Trail, CT110. I got a Suzuki DR650 that we could double up on to run into town. She has neck problems and trail riding got just too difficult for her. So we sold the Honda Trail and got her a Kymco Spade 150, one of the new micro-bikes. In a year she only rode it 50 miles.

I took a pretty good fall on my Suzuki DR650 and jammed a rear foot peg into my glutious maximus, I think I may have bruised the bone, it's been a PITA for over a month now. Tried a 100 mile road trip and it was just miserable. So wife doesn't want to ride dirt and I am not as good as I think I am in the dirt I decided it was maybe time to buy an old persons motorcycle, so I got a Harley-Davidson. Now the whole family can go cruise around in comfort.
