E4 door open bogus alarm Norcold.

Can silence it but not clear it for good. Keeps ringing back in.

The "adjust the reed magnet 3/8" cure does no good.
Norcold has no answers.

Anyone figure out a cure?

I'm getting the E4 error as well on my Norcold N20DCSS. I contacted the dealer where I purchased the RV from and all they could tell me was that it was a Door Open error (well, we all know this!). Has anyone from Grand Design looked in to this? I have seen quite a bit of chatter on the internet, but no answers. Definitely no comments from Norcold

Does it do it all the time or when the travel knob is turned in?

I've noticed that the knob can slightly pull the freezer door open and the alarm will go off.

We dropped the trailer off and the dealer service dept made a call to GD and fixed the issue.

I would have but the tech retired and moved away and they had a big service dept layoff,, no one knows.
