Hi we just got our new GD Solitude 379FL had our 1st over night sleep in it at the Dealers lot,great time a few things to fix,,My question is what is the best 50 Amp Surge Guard to get top help save the ele system on the new rig,,,,,,,,Thanks

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new Solitude. I'd recommend investing in the Progressive Industries 50amp electrical management system. Here's the one we use:

You can also purchase the hardwired version, but another post in this forum from GD recommends only using the portable unit.

I also recommend Progressive Industries. I have a 50A hard wired (EMS HW50C)...just needs to be professionally installed. I like that set-up for security and I don't use the 50A cord on 30A sites which we frequently camp at. They're currently available at Tweetys for $310.
