Worked fine camping last week. Brought the trailer home Saturday and tried to open the awning to let it dry out. It extends maybe 1-2 ft and stops. What would cause that and how do I fix it?

Note that the trailer is not completely level where it's parked. Side to side is off maybe 2 inches. Front to back is off about a foot since its still hitched to the truck. (I didnt unhitch since its going to the dealer laster today for the propane pressure regulator recall).

If it matters the trailer is a 2020 Imagine 2500 RL.

BTW does it really matter if the trailer is level while being stored between trips?

Out of level shouldn't affect the awning. Is the battery fully charged? If so, then you need a ladder so you can check the awning motor directly. There is a connector
up near the motor that can be unhooked and wired directly to the battery. This will tell you if it's the motor, or something else.

Our new-to-us 351M was doing this, and the PO said they had to jiggle the side rails sometimes to get it to work correctly. After checking the motor, and finding it was
okay, I found a bad connection where the wiring comes out of the trailer. Tightened it up and works flawlessly now.
