*ERROR LF JACK* does not necessarily mean there’s an issue with the Left Front Jack. That ERROR is the catch all error for some other things

I Thought I’d share this in case anyone else has the issue

4 Jack Ground Control 3 electric system

When I was auto Leveling I got *ERROR LF JACK* on Ground Control leveling display with constant beeps.

While waiting for mobile tech to respond I called Lippert Customer Service who walked me through how to reset the system

FIRST VERIFY YOU HAVE GOOD BATTERY VOLTAGE.
1- Hitch the RV to your truck
2- if possible plug into shore power to prevent low voltage when all 4 jacks move and can draw 118 amps initially
3- turn on Ground Control display and extend front jacks AT LEAST 6” by holding FRONT BUTTON
4- HIT Arrow Up or Down until MANUAL MODE is displayed
5- Extend rear jacks AT LEAST 6” by holding REAR BUTTON while in MANUAL MODE
5- Push and hold RETRACT BUTTON until all jacks begin to move

This should Re-Home all jacks and clear the fault.

If not call Lippert Customer Service for assistance. They are Great! Lippert 432-547-7378

Confirmation, I've had to do this twice and it has successfully reset the electric jacks on my S-Class when I've gotten an error. I might add that you press and hold the "left" and "right" buttons to manually lower the middle jacks.

I stumbled on this post while stuck in Moab with very few options. The SafeRide Motor Club (I was told "call these people first!)could only confirm that "yes, I had a problem". Local shops covered by warranty said I could leave the coach for a month while they worked thru backlogs.
Then I saw the number for Lippert Support and was fixed in 15 minutes. Angels...!

Could you expound on your problem, and the resultant fix. That can help people who may be stuck with the same problem.

Thanks for the post - This reset is not working this time.
I have successfully reset my leveling system in the past doing this procedure.
I now have a "ERROR LF Jack" that will not clear. It also cycles saying "Manually Retract all jacks or hold RETRACT to AUTO RETRACT".
I will call Lippert and see what they say...

p.s. Both times this has happened when the battery goes dead at the repair shop and I pick it up.

OK called Lippert and Jim had me lower the rear jacks until just barely touching then hold down the RETRACT button until the rears begin to raise (let go once the begin).
This took it out of ERROR mode. my problem may have been I was not holding down the retract button long enough.

Thanks everyone!!! See you in Quartzsite 2024
