Hello, just curious how newer momentum owners are liking their rig? Built pretty solid with not many issues?

We have a 2017 reflection and made the mistake of purchasing a 2022 keystone fuzion 427 to haul a can am x3. Luckily kept the reflection because the keystone has had 40+ issues and now needs a new roof already, one slides replaced two times now. The grand design reflection has been wonderful with only a few minor issues.

A friend had a momentum when they first started making them and he had a lot of issues but I think he was unlucky.

Just trying to avoid another Covid camper like the fuzion but grand design is on another level then keystone.

We bought a 2021 397TH back in Feb to haul Wifes all-terrain mobility scooter & her golfe car. So far no issues to gripe about GD , we really like it. I did develope an issue yesterday on the front ac and when the supply house opens Monday will get a line tap to verify its low or out of refrigerant but thats on AirExell. Stay tuned.

We have a 22 Momentum 351M that we are happy with... not sure I'd be looking to buy a Grand Design right now. Many are reporting frame issues.

Our first GD Momentum was a '19 351. Used it pretty much every other weekend from March to Nov for three seasons with longer trips here and there; I'd wager more use than most units see. We replaced the water pump, but aside from that, we were very happy with the unit. Upgraded to a custom ordered 397 last year and spent over 100 nights in it year one, again fairly heavy use and taxing towing over some of our "challenged" highways. We had the living room blinds replaced at the rally last year, but again, aside from that zero issues. We have been super pleased with the 397 and would absolutely buy one again. AP

The quality on my 397ms is terrible. Have at least 13 issues like door jam between living area and garage not nailed in place, trims only having 1 nail on them, tiles popping off backsplash wall, rear door tweaked where you have to slam door to close. Build quality F

Not sure if our 2019 351M counts as "newer Momentum", but we like it a lot. We had the water heater check valve fail a couple years ago, have had to replace a couple hydraulic lines, had the front A/C fail late last fall, and new higher rated springs due to old ones flattening. We've had it about 2 1/2 years.

We have a 2024 415G Momentum. Initially it had quite a few exterior trim screws that were snapped from being over torqued during assembly but easily replaced all of the broken ones after I checked by hand.
Only other issue was an LED side marker light was mounted upside down so it filled with water and shorted. That too was replaced.
Both issues were caught under warranty and done free of charge.
We've owned it since January and been round trips from NJ to Florida, Mass/CT, VA Beach, & PA.
It's worth pointing out, our unit is built on the newer and 40% stronger Rhinobox Spacesaver Chassis. I have not seen any reports of chassis issues of any trailers using this newer design structure of the pinbox area.

I had a good experience yesterday with GD customer service. I had sent an email asking which residential fridge was used in 2021( Samsung 18A) and the rep let me know to send a copy of my sales receipt or title and they would extend the frame warranty out to 5 years for us.
so if any of y'all are like me and purchased a used GD you need to get in touch with customer service get any additional warranty if available.

Loving our 2018 (bought new in 2019) 394M. It's been all over the western states, no serious issues that I couldn't take care of...I.e. Water pump, some simple interior trim stuff, etc. We love our Momentum and wouldn't trade for anything else.
