Exterior Flood Light burned out?

The exterior flood light, located curbside near the front cap, has stopped working. Jim hasn't found a way to remove the lens/light fixture to see if the bulb is burned out. Does anyone know how to to open the fixture?

They just pry off.

Use a thin flat head screwdriver, and it should pry right out.
