Extra solar wires in the front compartment of my 29GS

Can anyone identify these two unattached wires in the front compartment of my 29GS? They are labeled Solar Positive and Negative. They are behind the partition wall with the inverter and solar controller. The tech at my dealership had no idea and said he would check with the Grand Design people. That was a month ago with no response. I have the dual 330w panels and 2000w inverter. Thanks for any help.

Look on your roof and see if you have a blank Solar Port. The wires should go to it for adding a panel to the roof. Then the 2 wires inside would go to a solar controller.

Thanks. That was the first thing I checked, but just from the ladder. I’ll go up and take a better look, but the wires don’t look heavy enough for solar panel wires… at least not as heavy as the wires I ran on my previous RV.

I have solar from the factory. The main port are red and black and the second oanel is the orange and black. Same gauge. Picture below. The red and black in the background are going to the factory installed controller. I have the 2nd port on the roof too.

I can confirm that my rig has a second solar port. It was hidden behind the AC unit and is a pleasant surprise. Thanks for the help!
