F450 ?

2022 f450 16/17 highway 11/12 towing and never over 65. Do better if it is pure diesel and no alcohol in it.
I found non ethanol 87 gasoline last summer up north where i summer. I put 2 tanks through my 2024 6.6 cheby 3500 gasser. I got a solid 2 more mpg for both tanks vs the 10% ethanol 87.

Ok, but you were talking about your F450 and "pure diesel and no alcohol in it"??

Non-ethanol (aka pure gas) is pretty easy to come by where I live - even easier in Wyoming. But the only way it's going in my F450 is in a can in the bed.

Im looking at a local trade 2019 Ford F450. What kind of NON- towing fuel mileage am I looking at ? My 2012 3500 dually is not great ,14-15 mpg, so no big deal, just don't want the towing mileage the same as non towing.
Im only looking at the 450 for the turn radius and additional towing safety. My DMax really does great but it's 12 years old but low milage for a 2012. I only lived a mile & a half from my office before retiring in 16
If I am easy on the gas and level roads, I can get 16-18 with my F350 dually in the summer

2020 F450, I get about 14-16 around town not towing, about 18-20 if I keep 70MPH and under.
Pulling varies a little bit. With my 397TH weighing in about 19K loaded with my stuff, I get 7.5-9mpg depending on weather, and speed. If we have a big 55-60 Mph construction zone, I can get closer to 10mpg, but if I am rolling at 70MPH its usually an average of 8mpg.
We get the same with our 2019 F350 dually towing our 376TH.
