Fair Price for a slightly used 2021 Imagine XLS 21BHE?

Long time lurker. I have been doing research but I wanted the opinion of people who were more knowledgeable than me.
What do you think would be a fair price to off for a slightly used 2021 Imagine XLS 21bhe that is being sold by a private seller? Asking $30,000.

I would go to the GD website and build and price and then consider what % under MSRP you want to offer. MSRP is currently $28,190 according to the website https://www.granddesignrv.com/shopping-tools/build-and-price-your-grand-design-rv/floorplan/8/64297

I'd definitely see when the SLC General expects their unit to come in and how much they want. Otherwise, maybe pre pandemic pricing for a new unit is where I would start. No more than MSRP minus 25%. I guess it also depends how much warranty time has been lost, but I'd guess nearly a year.
