Fastway Flip Jack Foot

Yes I have used them on my past two travel trailers. They give you extra height up front on the tongue and requires less jacking to achieve needed height. The only downside is every once in awhile it is too high at minimum down and locked position for some campsites, requiring its temporary removal to get front of trailer lower.

Can it be used in the folded position in those cases ??

I wouldn’t use it folded. It comes off easily, I kept the old slip on base that came with trailer for situations like that and just reinstall afterwards.

I was thinking that it looks pretty handy IF you could use it in the folded position. I wouldn't want to fuss with taking it off. It's a good idea but not quite fully baked in my opinion.

I only had to do it one time due to an abnormally downward slanted campsite and my desire to get perfectly level. In my opinion its advantages outweigh any disadvantages. Its nice not to have to put extra blocks under front jack to get extra height which happens more then other extreme.

This is my old trailer, but an example of how much more extension the Jack-It gives you.

I had one on my last trailer. Very handy but the pin that it pivots on wasn’t heavy enough. It bent and then didn’t operate very smoothly.

My neighbor had one on his TT. It look sloppy. It was cocked to one side a little and didn't seem to be all that sturdy in that you could wiggle the tongue easier. Certainly not as stiff as what huntingskeetman shows. I think it would add to the already wiggly feel you get in a TT. Go to the rear of the TT and shove sideways on one corner. You'll see the tongue moving back and forth. Judging from the neighbors I think the wiggle will be worse.
