I have an influence 3503GK 2025. I have a leak coming out of a section of the wall that meets the shower base I suspect it is a leaking shower controller. Is there an access panel somewhere near the controls so I can take a look to see if there is a leak.

I don’t know is there?

It is either on the wall opposite the controls or there isn’t one

Might have to remove the controls themselves and pull them out to tighten

Is this a steady leak with city water hooked up? Or by chance is it a leak discovered after an extensive black tank flush? They like to hide the vacuum break valve in the wall for the black tank flush in the same area.

I'm assuming its leaking at the orange circled area. Did you look inside the cabinets for a panel? More than likely you'll have to remove the faucet controls to get a look.

It’s a leak that happens after using the shower.

we had a leak in shower controller.....had to go through the closet in the hall by the front door. Was very difficult. We unscrewed the back panel and had to reach up in the walll to get to the controller.
