First trip of the season

First trip is in the books, I am happy to say everything worked as it should. The only issue we found is with our living room TV, the cable connection looks to be un hooked from the unit. How in the world do you get the connection back in its place. I have never saw such a problem, other than our ongoing issue with the living room entertainment center, I think everything will be OK.

Our Solitude has an access panel inside one of the entertainment center's cabinets. If the cover is removed, access can be gained to the electrical plugs, boxes, etc behind the TV/Fireplace cabinet. Do you see anything like that in the Reflection?
 
The part that is messed up is on the coax cable. A small splice connector you screw the cable to has fallen out of the TV. I see no way of getting this screwed back in, I believe it is factory installed. I do believe fishing the wires will be a task as well.
 
Oh wow...you've got a problem for sure. You may need to give GD Service a call. You may also need to re-post this in the Tech section of this forum. I know Janice and Clay read the forums but sometimes they may miss something posted in the general sections.

I pretty sure they faithfully view the Tech section! Good luck getting that fixed.
 
Glad other than the TV you had a good outing. If I understand it right the connector fell out of the TV, which means it was never done correctly from the TV manufacture. Dealer should be able to swap the TV out for a new one under warranty.
We had to have ours swapped but due to it not responding to the remote.
 
I am thinking a TV swap will fix it right up. I contacted my dealer yesterday with pictures, they are going to send them to Grand Design. Everything works perfect on my unit, I couldn't be happier with our choice in buying this Reflection.
 
Just to follow up on this. My dealer sent me a new replacement TV, I sent the bad unit back. What more could you ask for? Great customer service from my dealer, I assume Grand Design will take care of them.
