We just spent our 1st night in our new 337rls. This is our 3rd fifth wheel, and have to say the nicest we have ever owned. The storage and finish throughout is awesome! So far the only issue is refrigerator. I read about the Atwood failing to restart in auto mode after a power failure and experienced the same thing 2 days ago. I contacted Atwood and was told they may be working on a new board for that issue. Our Norcold always switched back and forth with power failures. So far we love the new coach. It is more aerodynamic and pulls better than our previous trailer, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the design and layout compared to previous brands we have owned. The only bad thing is, its getting late in the season so we may just have to camp all winter!

Hey Sean and Donna,

Try switching over in manual mode until you can get it in for the new board. Ours had trouble in auto mode too...taking it in on Monday for the new board.

Glad you're having fun....we have had our for 8 months and have spent over a hundred nights in it. We have traveled almost 7k miles. It is holding up very well -- even the tires. I'm holding my breath on those.

Welcome to the forum Sean and Donna and congratulations on your new Reflection!
Hope your fridge issue is fixed soon.

Dean and Cindy,
A friend in the campground had a similar problem with his fridge, and it turned out to be a small piece of debris in the gas line. We removed the valve on the fridge and blew it out with air and it fired right off and has been going for 3 days! How do you tell the build number of your coach, is it the first 3 of the vin#?
Sean

Hi Sean and Donna.....there was a previous post called "production number" that someone was kind enough to include an illustration to help with how to interpret the info. I couldn't get it to copy, but the last 4 digits of your VIN is the production number. Take care!

Thanks....we are still waiting on our appointment time with the dealer. GD is making Atwood replace the circuit boards on these fridges. Works for me!

As stated the production number are the last 4 of the VIN

Update on first trip out; so far we still love our 337 but a few issues as to be expected. The fridge is working OK now after removing and blowing out the gas valve, the shower leaked bad as others had described in forum posts. Silicone fixed that issue. The spray end on kitchen faucet cracked, and we discovered our theater seats were cut with a box knife when the plastic was removed. There is a 4" and 1" cut right on the front of the back cushion. We emailed some pics to our dealer and were told they would take care of it, so I am anxious to see how well GD handles it. We feel like tour guides in the campground. We have the only GD here and most people have never heard of them. We keep getting requests for a peek inside and everyone loves it! We hope the customer service is as advertised. That was a big part of our decision to purchase our Reflection.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new Reflection. GD is has great customer service as the manufacture. I hear some have had issues with the dealer not coming through and they should be reported to GD. GD will take care of all your issues mentioned with no hesitation. They even paid a mobile tech to work on ours. Hope you have many years of happy camping!
