Fixing a slide that's out of time

Soon in my 2019 351M
I have a 351M that the pantry door popped open and when I opened the slides it hung up that side. Now when the slides are in all the way in both sides look tight like they're supposed to but when they're out I have a gap on the bottom left side. Does anyone know if there is a dyi way of retiming these?

They have adjustments under the slide out. There isn't any "retiming" or "syncing" like the Schwintek slides.

You may be able to look under the slide and see if something slipped.

Yeah, there's no "retiming", as such. Check underneath and see if the plate attached to the rack has been bent, or otherwise is out of adjustment. Have you run it in and out a few times? Also, try pushing the side as it goes out. The same thing happened to ours, and we couldn't see any issues, and after a few trips in and out, and pushing the one side while it was going out, it squared up and now seems to be okay.

The only adjustment I can see is a vertical setting. I can't see anything that is obvious and the rack going into the camper frame is boxed in pretty well and welded. The only way I can see to get in is drop the belly liner and I don't know if that's an easy one man job or not?

Seems unlikely, but make sure that plate for the vertical adjustment isn't bent. It's pretty stout, so seems unlikely, but maybe possible.

How much of a gap are we talking about? At the very bottom? How many times has the slide been used since it happened?

There should be some nuts on the hydrualic ram under the slide. One set of jam nuts on one side of a plate, and another nut on the other side. The inboard nut is what adjusts the slide in the extended position. I would see if the plate between the nuts is bent, otherwise it's guess and check with adjusting the nuts. Best to not have the plate up against whichever nut you are adjusting. This is where having the one control app on your phone will be very helpful.
