LEDs flash to dim then back to bright in 1 second intervals whenever there is a strong power draw. First noticed when bedroom ac cycled on. Then happened again when I ran the tv lift. Suspected it might be a converter issue, but my lithium batteries have remained at a solid 100%. Thoughts?

So it sounds as though you may have a converter issue.

The converter would take the 110 shore power and turn it to 12 volt, which is what your lights are.

You could probably disconnect your batteries and it would react the same way. Sounds like the load is going directly through the batteries to the converter.

Did you change your converter/charger when you upgraded to lithium?

You can do some troubleshooting yourself to narrow down the problem. Turn off your shore power, so that you are only on your batteries. Do the lights flash? If so, check your battery voltage and make sure they are actually fully charged. If the batteries are fully charged (check the state of charge (SOC) chart that came with your batteries or online) then something is pulling current in addition to the lights. Pull the 12 volt fuses one at a time until the flashing stops. Then figure out what is on that circuit that is causing the problem. If the lights flash only when on shore power I'd suspect the converter.

Check the battery cutoff switch. My battery meter will read full charge even when the switch is off. With a high load the converter might not have enough amperage so the high load device will pull from the battery then the battery recharges from the converter after the high load is removed. With the battery switch off the battery is not available to cover this high load so things such as lights will dim during the high load condition. The same dimming can occur if the battery is unable to handle the load but your lithium showing full charge seems like the battery is probably not the problem.

Check and recheck:
that the converter is actually operating;
all 12v connections, both positive and negative from the battery forward to the load center;
fusing (so many things run off so few fuses - possible weak fuse/connection);
battery voltage while these "brown outs" occur with a volt meter;
battery cutoff switch position;
