floor and sofa

I'm requiring about my floor in our 9 month old grand design solitude it is really dull looking its design too look like hardwood floor , is there a wax I can put on it also I need to know how I can clean the sofa and theater seating there are no label on them I am not sure what kind of material it is .l call the grand design company and spoke to a gentleman he said to put Murphy oil on floor , of course I didn't , he had no clue what the material was , so I need some advice . You might read in the owner manual and see what it says, I have a Momentum and in my manual it states what to clean with.

I believe the flooring in your Solitude is "Beauflor". I looked at their website and here is what I could find on maintenance:
