Floor cleaning suggestions

Does the manufactor suggest any particular cleaner or polish for the vinyl flooring??

According to the owner's manual, you should periodically vacuum or sweep, and as part of regular maintenance, sponge mop, but do not sure dish detergents or vinegar & water as it will dull your floor.

To care for the vinyl, use a damp mop with water and a mild cleaner (doesn't name anything in particular). It does suggest that you can avoid problems of "yellowing", if you do not use cleaners that contain oil based solvents (like lemon oil, Murphy's Oil Soap, etc)

I use Green Works cleaner. It is organic and does not have any harsh chemicals. It seems to work pretty well and smells nice. I use it for everything including the bathrrom and kitchen. It is plant based but works well. My floor still looks good after a year so I would assume it is okay to use.

I appreciate it.. I have an owners manual as well.. And I have had wood and wood laminate flooring in homes. But this floor is a bit different, and I thought maybe the factory would have a special suggestion that might be good for it.. It's a beautiful floor and I love it.. I just want to keep it looking the way it does.

The girls that cleaned our Reflection before we took delivery said they use Windex. That doesn't sound like a good idea to me. I also love the floor and want to keep it looking new. Hope you get some good answers. Betsy.

The mfg website for the floor in our Solitude recommends a mild soap and water wash. If you vacume they advise NOT to use a vacume with a beater bar brush.

Anyone know if (liquid) Spic N Span would be OK? I looked on the Beauflor site, but that didn't help much.
