Flow Max Faucet Mystery

Need help in solving a no water mystery to our Lippert Flow Max waterfall faucets - these are the original faucets. We are currently on a week-long local camping trip experiencing total water loss to two separate bathroom water faucets. Before we left on our trip, I hooked up to our home water supply and ran water to all fixtures, filled the hot water tank, and added 20 gallons to the freshwater tank - no issues. Upon arriving at our campground, hooked up power, water, and sewer, and soon discovered that one of the two master bathroom faucets plus the front half-bath faucet has no water, just a VERY slow drip at best. Every other water fixture in our rig has water. No issue with water supply at our park. Still no water when using our fresh water supply via the pump to these two faucets. Starting with the forward half-bath faucet, I removed the cartridge and confirmed we have no issues with water supply to the faucet. Tried rinsing, soaking, and cleaning the cartridge as best I could, but still no water from the fixture. Picked up a new Lippert Flow Max Replacement Cartridge Valve - Style A # 2021025928 (exact replacement), and still no water. It appears that the only thing between the water supply to the faucet and getting water out of the faucet is the cartridge. First time problem with our faucets since we purchased our rig in 2020. What am I missing? Grateful for any assistance. Thanks all!

That does sound like a mystery, just to confirm, you get water to just before the cartridge, but not through the cartridge. Have you tried reaching out to Lippert customer support, I've had good luck with them in the past.

Correct. When the cartridge is out, we definitely have no shortage of water to the fixture! Will be calling Lippert on Monday.
