We made it to Fort Wilderness Disney today. Seen one Solitude and one Reflection. Going to the Animal Kingdom tomorrow.

So far the AC is doing ok but I'm leaving the fan on all the time. The problem is when the fan is in auto some times it cuts off and will not come back on.

Does it come back on eventually and when its not running it wont run in any mode? If so I would bet the thermal overload in the motor is kicking out and time to make a phone call.

It has been cutting off when it reaches set temp and then when it calls for it to come back on it just buzzes. In the past I have been able to put the fan on high and it would come back on. Last night it acted up again and I couldnot get it to run at all, just buzzed on high, med, and low. But it is working fine this morning. I had it in the shop for three day and it ran fine and they could not find any issues.

Maybe a bearing running hot and seizing ? After it cools down overnight, it runs free again ??

Capacitor has already been replaced.

Not much to the circuit so the options of whats wrong is very limited.
1) capacitor
2) motor
3) contacts on the control board
4) loose connection

I hate it when shops pull that crap. If they have any training and knowledge whatsoever they would look for what is listed above instead of just turning it on, seeing it run, handing you a bill and say nothing is wrong. This could be diagnosed easily with a current clamp.
