We were pulling into our RV park and someone following us came up to us after we had parked and said that when we went over a speed bump it appeared that our bike rack which is welded to the frame did not move but the body of the rig seemed to move, independently of the frame. Is this normal or do I need to follow up with an rv mechanic about this. With all the frame issues on social media I do not want to dismiss this. We are currently in a 2018 GD Solitude 310 GK.

Cheers

Could've been an optical allusion. If the bodies moving off the frame then you have serious issues.

Your bike rack is probably loose.

I would agree with Bungy - likely loose bike rack. I would expect the coach to rock from side to side going over a speed bump. If the bike rack is loose in the receiver, it will wobble back and forth. Our bike rack (and the extender it's in) both have anti-wobble mechanisms built into the retainer bolt systems to prevent this. Oh - don't trust everything you read on social media, either.
