Hi there, looking for advice. I have a 2022 Solitude 390 rk and tried to fill my fresh water tank using the Sanitize setting. I had a big bucket of water, connected a hose the the city water intake and the other end into the bucket and switched the pump on but no water got pumped in. I can hear the pump working, but no water get sucked up. I made sure all 4 dials were turned to the correct setting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

likely need to prime the pump - I usually do that that putting the bucket up higher than the inlet on the Nautilus panel (set it on the top of my A-frame ladder) and usually pour water into the open end of the hose until it is full - then drop the hose into the bucket and start the pump

I just went through this. The pump should be self priming. I have used it before and worked great. Recently, it did nothing, but the pump ran. I found a loose connection sucking air, so in fixing that, i caused another one. It was a bit frustrating, but after lots of time and playing, i finally got all the air leaks sealed. Something in travels must have loosened the first one, as mentioned, i caused the second one.
Process of elimination, starting with the O ring on the fill port, then look behind with a flashlight for anything that looks off from the rest, or disconnected.

100% they should be self-priming but sometimes have a hard time getting them started - doing what I posted above is a good workaround

I have taken the little cone screen out of the city water inlet and turned it around so that it opens the fresh water inlet check valve, then the pump sucked it in fine. I was sucking in bleach water via the pump to sanitize the tank and water lines. Don't forget to turn the screen around once your done and put it in the right way, cone facing out.
