Hello,
We have a 2021 21G Momentum toy hauler and have been wintering in FL for 3 months.
We have discovered our fresh water tank with 3 lights lit up twice during this time. We are always full hookup and have never used the dry camp setting to fill this tank and started with it mostly empty at the start of our journey. Each time we discover the 3 lights, we drain it to 1 light and it slowly seems to happens again. Any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks!

It is a bad check valve in your water pump. Water is slowly leaking into your fresh water tank through the water pump.

Replace the pump.

You can often reset that check valve my turning off city water, run the pump, shut off city water again. Repeat this two or three times. Some people also have installed a separate check valve in the water line between the tank and the pump.

This is what I did in a previous trailer we owned where the pump check valve failed. It cost a lot less than a new pump and was a lot less work. In our case I installed it the PEX piping between the pump and winterizing valve. This allowed me to use a Sharkbite check valve rather than dealing with the vinyl hose from the fresh water tank.

A big thank you to all that replied! Really appreciate the info and we will proceed with trying the suggestions and may be ultimately modifying/ replacing pump.
