I'm wondering if someone can tell me how the fresh water tank in a Reflection 303 is supported. When the tank is full in my unit the tank sags tremendously putting a lot of strain on the basement cover. In years past with other mfg's some tanks were supported with two 3" wide metal straps with their ends looped over structural support beams allowing the tank to sag when full. There were some catastrophic damages as a result of the 2-strap minimal support and modifications were required. I'm hoping someone can advise how GD is supporting the tank before I drop the cover to peak in.
Thanks in advance for the information.

Hi @Retread68,

The fresh water tank on a Reflection 303RLS is cradled between two (2) crossmembers and is supported by a return lip at the bottom of each crossmember. In addition, we install three (3) metal support straps crossmember to crossmember under the tank for added support (see photos, below).

Best regards,
~ Janice

Janice,
Thank you so much for the info and the pic's. The straps being used by GD to support the water tank are far greater in quality than the ones I have seen used by "other mfgs".
Once again GDRV Customer Service is top notch. Thank you !
