Fridge not working

I have a Norcold 1210 model fridge and came home to a warm fridge and thawing freezer. It seems to be receiving power as lights and display are working. When I open the outside cover nothing seems to be working, even after switching to gas. I see a fair amount of yellow powder on pipes (doesn't seem good).

Any ideas or suggestions on what this could be?

It's toast.

The yellow powder is from the cooling unit tubing.

New cooling unit is going to be needed.
