So, the furnace quit working in the middle of February. Of course, they never quit working in the middle of July. Did all the trouble shooting starting with the sail switch, high temp limit switch, and control board. Everything checked out all good, but I could never hear the click of the ignitor prior to firing, so I thought the ignitor was bad. Pulled the furnace out to the workbench and started the disassembly. I could see where the tip of the ignitor was supposed to be making a spark, but the burner looked a little corroded. I thought I could just clean the area up to get a good spark and everything would be good. As I got further in to it, I found this. Hoy Krikey! Thank you, Panther RV Products, for delivering a new one quickly. I think the problem was caused by a faulty propane regulator over time. It's only a little over a year old, but now since I'm hooked up to a residential propane tank with a different regulator, I've noticed the stove burners have a larger and cleaner flame than they did before. And now our rig is nice and toasty once again.
