1st timers and full timers, family of 5. Brand new 2025 momentum right off the line. We got into the campground on Sunday and have a few hiccups already, both sinks in both bathrooms leak, the new garage suit happijac bed bottom came unglued, ice maker leaks into the kitchen and out of the slide. Grand Design has been super helpful and apologetic for the issues and are working diligently to rectify them. But last night a new issue may have come up. We have a 200lb propane tank and set the heat to 72 and it started heating and warmed up fast and felt good. Sometime during the night I was chilly and checked the monitor and it said all 3 rooms were at 66,65, and 67 and it said it was heating but the furnace wasn't on or blowing. I went out to check everything and it was all good. I turned the furnace off and back on and it kicked on for a min and then off. I waited like 3 mins and turned it on again and it stayed on all night. Tonight we left for dinner and set the heat to 73 and when we got home all the rooms were at 65,64 and 65. And as you can see in the pic it said it was heating but the furnace wasn't on so I turned it off and back on and it's been running since and heating nicely. Is there an issue I could be having or is there a sensor that doesn't send movement and so it shuts off ? Ummm also don't know why the heating says 63 and the low is changed but the heating stays at 63?

I had to replace a high limit thermostat on my 310gkr. Different camper but I believe they all have one. Its hard to get at so maybe better left to the pros.

In my opinion, you need to first determine if the problem lies with the thermostat not consistently sending out the call for heat, or if the furnace is not responding properly to a call for heat. To test you will need a meter and determine which colour wire out the back of your tstat is the signal wire. I don't have that particular tstat or furnace so can't help with that, but your trailer came with a pkg of manuals which should help you there. When you have the tstat set for heating, you need to check the 12vdc signal wire and see if there is 12vdc on it. Testing right at the furnace would probably be best.
