We have owned our Solitude 320X since November. Just this evening we are having trouble with the furnace. It keeps shutting off. We have checked the propane tanks. Turned the system completely off, when restarted it will turn on for about 30 seconds and then shut off.

Is it actually firing the burner? That time frame sounds more like a failure to ignite. but the timing doesnt sound quite right. Sequence is blower for 15 seconds then ignition sequence begins where it will try to ignite for 7 secs then if it fails it will do another 15 second purge followed by 7 secs of ignition. It will run this cycle 3 times before locking it out requiring you to turn it off then back on and this takes a bit longer than 30 seconds.

Had to replace the circuit board with a "Dinosaur" brand igniter board, replaced high limit switch, and thermostat. New thermostat was a revision of the original of the thermostat originally installed. May also check the temperature differential setting of the thermostat as well (see thermostat operators manual).
