Furrion 12v freezer works but not the refrigator

2024 Influence. We've had it about 2 months. Everything was working at home when connected to shore power. We are on our 1st trip and now the refrigerator, Furrion 16cu.ft. 12volt, isn't working. The freezer is working just fine but there is no refrigerator selection. The function button only allows for Holiday mode and super freeze mode. The super fridge icon doesn't show and the temperature display only shows -- . I've disconnected shore power and the batteries for 5 minutes because i read that was how you do a reset. Kind of lost on the next steps except taking it in for service. I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue. Thanks,

Sorry to hear that, it must be frustrating not to have the frig section working. From what I know, I believe the frig gets the cold from the freezer via a fan. If the fan isn't working or the connection is blocked, then the frig won't get cooled—just something to check out.

Are you connected to shore power now, or running off battery? One of the issues with these refrigerators is low voltage. If it displaying —, the refrigerator should be off. There are two 40a fuses on top of the unit, but your symptoms pretty much rule those out - if one is blown, you get no power, and if the other is blown, it won’t defrost.

I would certainly recommend starting a warranty claim. It seems that these refrigerators either work or they don’t and there are no replacement parts available. If it has ever been subjected to low power or left running while stored, chances are good that it needs to be replaced.

I seemed to have found the issue. The refrigerator/freezer is a 16 cu. ft. Furrion Arctic® 12 Volt Side. There is a button combination that will turn just the refrigerator off which my wife seemed to have found by accident. However she didn't remember what she did. I was able to get it back on, but didn't write down which buttons needed to be pressed. I could not find any documentation beyond the basic manual. I email Furrion for more details. If they respond I will post.
